Rates:
$100 per night or $650 per week (7 nights)
There is a one time cleaning fee of $100
Check in time at 3pm - Check out time at 11am

For rentals of 2 weeks or more, please inquire for discount.
Holiday rates may cost additional, please inquire.
To complete booking and reserve the time, a deposit is required of 25% of the total rental cost or $300.00 (whichever is more) and is not refundable upon cancellation by the customer. This deposit is also held against cleaning and/or damage fees that might occur. After departure, an inspection will be conducted to ensure no damage.
